Description:
Dr. Qi completed a second Ph.D. on Electrical and Computer Engineering while holding the faculty position at the Speech and Hearing Sciences Department of University of Arizona. He published several articles on signal processing and pattern recognition as part of his Ph.D. work. After joining Qualcomm, he continued to publish works on signal processing in collaboration with Prof. Jack Xin of UC Irvine. Early publications on Speech and Hearing Sciences are not listed here; but available upon request.
