Math Circle Program UCI , Winter 2010
The purpose of this program is to develop critical thinking and problem solving abilities by solving math problems given in different major math competitions. It will prepare students All California Math Competition and UCI Cosmos Math Competition.
Currently we have two groups: grades 4-5 and grades 6-7. The
problems discussed in class and assigned for homework can be found
below (some earlier assignments are being typed up and will follow
shortly):
