ABSTRACT:

 A family of conforming virtual element Hessian complexes on
tetrahedral meshes are constructed based on decompositions of
polynomial tensor spaces. They are applied to discretize the
linearized time-independent Einstein-Bianchi system with optimal order
convergence.
