Conference Description:
The conference brought together a diverse group of researchers, especially mathematicians and cryptographers, and exposed them to new problems and some tools to tackle them. One goal of the conference was to use mathematics to find efficient and practical ways to compute on encrypted data without the necessity for decrypting. To encourage discussion and interaction, there were Open Problems sessions and time for discussion.
We encourage the participation of women and members of other underrepresented groups.

Location: Natural Sciences II, Room 1201, at the University of California, Irvine. Campus map (with key on page 2). The conference begins at 9 am on Monday, and ends around 5 pm or so on Thursday. The Wyndham Hotel will provide shuttles between the hotel and the conference site each day of the conference. Pay parking is available in Lot 16. Travel: The closest airport is the Orange County (John Wayne) Airport, airport code SNA. For most international travel the best airport will be LAX. If you arrive at SNA you can phone the Wyndham Hotel at 949-863-1999 to be picked up by their hotel shuttle.
Hotel: The Wyndham Irvine Orange County Airport Hotel is offering a discounted rate to conference participants.
