Dear Colleagues,

one of recurrent themes in our conversations with graduate students in the context of the Fall TA training that we offer each year is that of instructor expectations for their TAs. We all have slightly different expectations of course and it would be great to have insight into the whole range. I am therefore kindly asking you to please find a minute to indicate what your three most important expectations are for the TAs who work with you. We will use the input we obtain in order to help student be more aware and mindful of sometimes unwritten and unspoken expectations.
