Hello! Welcome to my website. I’m a PhD candidate at University of California, Irvine, and I expect to complete my Ph.D in June 2011. My advisor is Dr. Qing Nie. I received my M.S. from Department of Mathematics, University of California, Irvine in June 2008 and my B.S from Department of Mathematics, Sichuan University in June 2006.

I’m interested in research and jobs related to Mathematical and Computational Biology, Image Processing, Scientific Computing and Data Analysis. My projects have been mostly modeling and solving real world problems (i.e., in the fields of Biology and Finance), using Statistics methods, Mathematics knowledge and computer skills. I also enjoy and passionate about teaching.
